Welcome to Module 7: Practical Application and Case Studies
You have now completed the core theoretical and practical foundations of neuro-affirming coaching. Module 7 is where you bring this learning into real-world application. This stage bridges the gap between knowledge and practice, helping you develop the confidence, analytical skill, and coaching presence required for professional competence.
In this module, you will explore real-world case studies and practise applying the Dynamic Development Plan (DDP) and the full coaching framework to authentic client situations. You will learn to look beyond surface-level challenges and identify the deeper ‘Why’, contextual barriers, and strengths within each scenario.
Module 7 contains two lessons. Lesson 7.1 introduces a series of detailed case studies and walks you through how to analyse them using the DDP. Lesson 7.2 prepares you for a live, face-to-face role-playing workshop in which you will practise coaching techniques, receive feedback, and reflect on your developing professional identity.
