Objective

This assessment measures your knowledge of the core principles from previous modules, including allergens, due diligence, hygiene, and traceability. You will evaluate realistic food safety scenarios and demonstrate your readiness to apply these principles in practical settings.

Instructions

  • Carefully read each scenario and select the most appropriate response.
  • Feedback will be provided after each question to reinforce learning.

Passing Requirements

  • Learners must score at least **80% or higher** on the quiz.
  • Practical tasks must show clarity, accuracy, and adherence to food safety standards.

Feedback Process

  • For Quiz Attempts: Detailed explanations will accompany incorrect answers, pointing you to relevant materials from previous modules.
  • For Practical Tasks: Personalised feedback will be provided, highlighting strengths and suggesting improvements.

Retake Options

Learners who do not meet the pass mark can retake the quiz after revisiting the relevant module content. Revised practical tasks may also be submitted after receiving detailed feedback.
