The Neurocoach Level 5 Training Programme is an intensive, 18, week journey designed for educators, therapists, and inclusion specialists who are committed to transforming the support landscape for the neurodiverse community. Rooted in the pioneering work of Lane Anthony, including the acclaimed titles, Autism a Superpower, An Awakening, The Dynamic Development Plan, A Blueprint, A Lifelong Companion for Growth, Transition, and Independence, and, Awakening the Workforce, A Blueprint for Neuroinclusive Workplaces, this course shifts the paradigm from a deficit, based model to one of authentic empowerment.
Throughout the programme, learners will explore practical strategies to identify and harness unique talents such as hyperfocus and creativity, whilst mastering innovative machine learning tools that bridge learning gaps for those with dyslexia and other neurodivergent traits. The curriculum provides a robust foundation in the DDP framework, ensuring that inclusion managers, SENCos, and senior leaders can embed these principles across their organisations.
By completing this course, participants achieve accredited Neurocoach status, equipping them to provide bespoke support that qualifies for Department for Work and Pensions, Access to Work, funding. This collaboration between DECKACY, Neurolearn.online, and Eco Fresh Laundry Hub ensures that every coach is prepared to foster environments where neurodivergent individuals do not merely cope, but thrive with pride and purpose.
