Course Description

The Accredited Neurodivergent Support Worker Learning Programme is designed to provide participants with the vital skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to effectively support neurodivergent adults in the workplace. This comprehensive programme blends theoretical insights with practical application, fostering inclusive and supportive working environments.

Participants will develop a deep understanding of neurodiversity, including the unique strengths and challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals.
