Neurocoach Certification Program
Welcome to the Neurocoach Certification Program, a fully accredited leadership and development coaching program designed to equip you with the skills to empower neurodivergent adults. This is not just a course; it’s a transformative journey into a strengths-based, neuro-affirming coaching methodology.
This program is specifically designed for professionals who want to make a tangible impact. Whether you are an educator, a senior leader, a therapeutic professional, or an aspiring coach, this course will provide you with the tools to guide your clients toward personal and professional growth.
Course Structure
Our program runs over a rigorous yet flexible 12-week period, providing a clear pathway to certification.
- Weeks 1-7: Core Learning Modules: Engage with seven in-depth modules covering foundational knowledge, communication strategies, coaching methodologies, and practical tools. Your learning is supported by a personal tutor who provides one-to-one guidance and feedback.
- Week 8: Assessment Preparation: This week is dedicated to preparing you for your final assessment, giving you the tools to write a high-quality academic paper.
- Weeks 9-12: Final Assessment Period: You will have a full 28 days to complete and submit your final 3,000-word essay. You have the right to request an extension with a good reason, ensuring a fair and flexible process.
Your Learning Journey
Throughout this program, you will learn to apply the groundbreaking principles from Lane Anthony’s work directly to your practice. You will be taught to reframe neurodivergent traits as powerful strengths, moving beyond a deficit-based model to co-create individualised coaching plans with your clients using the Dynamic Development Plan (DDP) framework.
