Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Commitment
At Neurolearn Online, we are committed to providing high-quality digital educational resources. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, our policy on refunds is necessarily specific.
Digital Products
Once a digital product—such as an eBook, online course, PDF guide, or video—has been purchased and made available for download or access, we cannot offer a refund.
This is because digital items are provided to you instantly and cannot be ‘returned’ in the traditional sense. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period once you begin to download or stream the digital content. Acknowledging this is a required step before you complete your purchase.
We will, however, consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase: If you have accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase with both transaction receipts. We will refund the duplicate purchase.
Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or download the content due to a technical fault from our side, please contact our support team immediately. We will first try to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide you with access to the product you purchased, a full refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund based on the exceptions above, please email us at support@neurolearn-online.co.uk with your proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the issue. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 working days.
