Welcome to Mastering the Dynamic Development Plan
Hello and a very warm welcome. My name is Lane Anthony, and I’m honoured to be your guide on this transformative journey. We are here to address a fundamental need: a profound shift in how we work with and support our incredible neurodivergent children and young people.
For too long, the system has been reactive, focusing on deficits and problems. Plans are often created *for* a child, not *with* them. This course is the antidote. It is a practical, hands-on guide to implementing the proactive, collaborative, and strengths-based framework from my book, The Dynamic Development Plan.

- Module 3: The ‘What’ – We will master the art of crafting a meaningful One-Page Profile.
- Module 4: The ‘How’ – We will learn to use the Neurodiversity Handbook to identify needs and select powerful support strategies.
- Module 5 & 6: Bringing it to Life – We will ensure the DDP is a living document that fosters long-term success and self-advocacy.
